The German-Portuguese Chamber of Industry & Commerce, founded in 1954, is an independent, non-profit organisation, which makes part of the network of over 117 German Chambers in the world.
With more than 1000 members in Portugal and Germany, the German-Portuguese Chamber is the first full-service-centre to promote the interests of its membership in order to promote commercial links between businesses in Germany and Portugal.

By joining the Chamber, a company can benefit not only from discounts on a number of services, but also join all the possibilities that the Chamber offers to establish commercial activities in Germany or Portugal. Members of the Chamber can also take advantage of our extensive membership network, to exchange ideas and to meet potential clients and establish new business contacts.

The German-Portuguese Chamber is run by a bilingual staff of German and Portuguese professionals, most of them graduated in Marketing, Law and Economics.
