Our debt collection service helps German and Portuguese companies to recover outstanding debts without legal intervention. In the name of the creditor and with his authorization we try to pick-up/recover open credits, which are directly paid to the creditor. After a technical examination, we elaborate a confirmation of insolvency for tax and insurance purposes, which are officially recognized by the fiscal authorities and bad dept insurances.
If a debtor became insolvent, we announce the creditor’s demand at the court of bankruptcy or to the official receiver and deal with all necessary formalities. If the case will be transferred to a lawyer or treated in the court, we make no more intervention.
If an extrajudicial intervention is not well succeeded, but the process will be desired, than we can offer to our client a list of German-Portuguese speaking lawyers.
