We have courses of initial training for young people based on the German model. This system combines the theoretic knowledge with the constant practical learning in the company (learning by doing). These trainings have the duration of two or three years, the students are during 4 days per week in the company (on the courses of 2 years) or 3 – 2 days per week (on the courses of 3 years) depending on the duration of each course.
