Please send us the original invoices together with the requirement form, a VAT certification and also a power of attorney, which must be signed and marked with your company stamp.
All these documents must be in our Chamber at least until the end of May of the following year.

This service includes the verification of all invoices, the elaboration and delivery of the forms to the responsible tax authority and all the support, which is given to the company during the Vat reimbursement process.
Thanks to a long collaboration with the Portuguese tax authorities, the knowledge of the language and costumes of each country, the success rate for reimbursement cases is very high.

Our basic fee: depending on the invoices number it starts on 150 Euros
(Our chamber’s members have a 100% discount on this fee)

Our success fee: between 5% and 20%, calculated on the basis of the amount to be recovered.
