Who are you?
COzwei GmbH is a sustainability and decarbonization consultancy with offices in Stuttgart, Germany and Sintra, Portugal. Our founding team built up decarbonization and climate-management functions as environmental, energy and sustainability managers at Porsche AG and AUDI AG before launching COzwei.
What started as a small consultancy rooted in the automotive industry has grown into a multidisciplinary team with a strong network of partners, capable of supporting companies of all sizes and public institutions on their sustainability journey. Our guiding principle: Less PowerPoint, more action.
What is your mission?
Our mission at COzwei is to enable companies to reach their climate goals.
Our vision is the vertical integration of decarbonization: from the "damage report" of a Corporate or Product Carbon Footprint, through reduction roadmaps and energy-efficiency concepts with funded financing, all the way to installation, commissioning and monitoring of measures.

We are agile, and implementation driven. We develop services and solutions that respond to real problems and concrete requirements, delivering quick responses with high quality standards, tailored to the size and needs of each company.
Our roots in the automotive industry, combined with deep expertise across the print and publishing sectors, finance and energy, mean we understand both the technical detail and the commercial reality of decarbonization across different countries.
How do you contribute to the industry?
We bring German industry knowledge onto Portuguese ground. We know the requirements, methods and timelines, which lets us act as a strong bridge connecting German companies to new suppliers and partners in Portugal. Helping Portuguese businesses reach the standards expected by German and other international companies.
Services include: carbon footprints (CCF, PCF, LCA), sustainability reporting (CSRD), ESG strategies & ratings, SAQs, CDP, SBTi.
Is there a current project, initiative, or achievement you would like to highlight?
COzwei operates for clients in multiple countries such as China, Saudi Arabia, UK, and Germany amongst them Porsche, SFC Energy, Klett AG, Lotus, CEER, and many SMEs.
